Feeling very tired is normal in pregnancy starting early on. Many women still feel fine at 4 weeks but others may notice sore breasts fatigue frequent urination and nausea. While a missed period is the most telling sign there are other symptoms of pregnancy as well. In addition the breasts may become larger or feel swollen or heavier.
